RETURNS
We hope that your shopping experience was enjoyable. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your MODIcase purchases, we are always happy to help you out with the return as long as the item purchased was not on Sale and you are within 14 days from the receipt of your order.
REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Items which you can return must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packing. All sales are final and sale items can NOT be returned, no exceptions.
DAMAGED / WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you have received a damaged or wrong item, contact us at modicasestore@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged/wrong item and your order number. We will take care of it.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:
- Make sure that the item is unworn, undamaged and in its original condition and 14 days period after delivery has not expired;
- Get in touch with our Customer Care team modicasestore@gmail.com to get RMA form and the return shipping address;
- Pack your order in original MODIcase package and send it to us via any trackable and insured service of your choice, at your expense. Please note, the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us;
- Let us know the tracking number so we can process your return faster;
- Please allow us 2 weeks to process your return. We’ll be emailing you as soon as we receive the returned items and refund.
SHIPPING FEE AND VAT
Shipping and handling charges, and taxes paid (e.g. customs, VAT) are not refundable and are at your cost.
